We would like the agency to develop and deliver an integrated marketing and communications strategy to support our campaign to establish the British Council as a thought leader in continuing professional development of teachers in Wider Europe. Our message is that effective teaching (our focus is on English teaching) depends on continuous professional development (CPD) of teachers; that this should be built into the education system; and that teachers should be both supported in and given responsibility for their own CPD.
