Tender description

Contract to replace DfE's existing Wi-Fi solution, which is out of support, with new Wi-Fi Access Points. The Supplier will complete services in two phases: Phase 1 - conduct Site Surveys at each of DfE's offices which will determine the required configuration and volume of the replacement devices. Phase 2 - implementation of the replacement devices, and disposal of the existing EOL equipment. The Supplier will also provide Early Life Support; covering any faults with replacement Wi-Fi Access Point devices and/or any configuration issues within 3-months following implementation. The Call-Off Contract has been awarded following the outcome of a Further Competition conducted via the Crown Commercial Service Network Services 3 (RM6116) Framework, Lot 2a: Intra Site Connectivity (Local Area Network) / Local Connectivity Services.
