Tender description
Academy and Organisational Development highlighted the lack of formal training in Organisational Development across both teams and the need to raise skills and competence levels in this area. We would like to commission an external organisation to deliver a programme of development at OD practitioner level that collectively builds the skills and capability for colleagues.
