Tender description

The Information Governance Team have proposed the introduction of specialist software to assist with the redaction of third-party information for subject access or data protection act requests. Despite consultations with IT for an in-house option, we have been unable to come up with a viable in-house solution. The workload for SARs and DPAs is increasing, both in terms of the number of requests received and the amount of information requested. The IG team have sourced a software package which will allow the team to deal with requests much more efficiently, reducing workload burden and improving compliance.
