Modernisation of Fire Stations - Five year programme. Each site/s will be documented in a PCT D&B contract booklet. Single over-arching PCSA for the whole programme amended each site phase for the specifics. Value shown will be the cumulative value to date as per JCT's. Contracts awarded under the Procure Partnerships North West Framework. PCSA Value to date £1,119,661.01 JCT D&B/Construction Work to date (includes final account values where work completed and contract values where work in build: £15,926174.50 across Year 1/2/3/4 sites Total £17,045835.51 (27th December 2024) The programme continues as while it was planned as a 5-year programme it did cover named sites which have not yet all been completed due to elongations during covid. the Timescale is extended to allow for all the planned works to be completed. Extended to 31 March 2026 . Value updated 18/6/25 to include Year 5 PCSA Extended to 12 October 2027 as that is the current end date linked to retention. Value updated 5/1/26 to include Y4/Y5 sites currently instructed
