NHS South West London ICB Provision of Open Access Counselling and Outreach Services. Lot 1: NHS South West London Integrated Care Board (SWL ICB) are inviting suitably experienced and capable providers to submit a response to this market engagement questionnaire and expressions of interest for this potential contract. The opportunity is for the provision of an Open Access Counselling, Community Engagement & Outreach, Advice, Rights and Advocacy Service in the Boroughs of Croydon and Sutton, which is in line with NHS Long Term Plan priorities for expanding Children and Young People's Mental Health Services (CYPMHS) over the next 10 years. The aims are to widen access to services closer to home, reduce unnecessary delays, and deliver specialist mental health care which is based on a clearer understanding of young people's needs and provided in ways that work better for them. There is currently Open Access Counselling and Outreach provision being delivered in the two Boroughs but the contract ends 31 July 2025 making it necessary to go out to tender. The SWL ICB intention is to establish a contract agreement for two years with an indicative budget of £3,882,195.26 with the option to extend for an additional one year. The estimated overall total contract value is up to £5,823,292.89 including extensions with the split as follows: Croydon £4,996,792.89 and Sutton £826,500. The larger value for Croydon due to the greater population and demand with the requirement for a broader range of provision.
