QUB/2632/24 Supply, Delivery, Installation and Maintenance of an Elemental Combustion Analyser (CHNS) and A Carbon Combustion Analyser (TC & TOC)

Tender description

Queen’s University of Belfast wishes to procure an Elemental Combustion Analyser (CHNS) and a Carbon Combustion Analyser (TC & TOC) for the measurement of carbon, nitrogen, hydrogen and sulfur in both liquid and solid samples. Both units require specific maximum detection levels that are listed under the mandatory requirements.<br /> <br />Please note it may be a requirement of the funding body associated with this procurement that delivery and invoicing take place by Monday 10th March 2025.  Where this is the case, the 1st ranked supplier will be asked to confirm their ability to meet the required deadline before the award of the contract being confirmed. <br />  <br />Where the 1st ranked bidder is unable to meet the deadline, their bid will be rejected, and the 2nd ranked bidder will be asked to confirm their ability to meet the deadline and so on until an Economic Operator can confirm the date can be met. <br />  <br />Time is of the essence when it comes to the delivery of equipment within stipulated deadlines. <br />
