AimsEnsure Individuals have the opportunity to exercise choice and control, develop their own solutions, and support to shape their lives with the services they require.To enable Individuals to achieve a level of independence appropriate to their aspirations, choices, abilities and needs.To provide appropriate practical assistance to enable Individuals to live independently and actively participate in the local community.To provide a planned approach, working with Individuals, their families, and other relevant agencies, to enable move on where needs arise.To ensure that people living in the house are safeguarded and are able to live lives free from abuse, discrimination and harassment.General OverviewSupported living for 5 (five) adults with complex Learning Disabilities.
