Derbyshire County Council seeks to identify potential collaboration partners to support the East Midlands and Northamptonshire Children's Trust (NCT). All members in the East Midlands and NCT are committed to the principles behind sector-led improvement and have formed the East Midlands Regional Improvement and Innovation Alliance (RIIA).
