This is a Prior Information Notice (PIN) to inform potential suppliers that NHS Wales Shared Services Partnership (NWSSP) on behalf of Velindre University NHS Trust, are commencing a market engagement exercise in relation to the supply of various Pharmacy Isolators that will be required for the Transforming Access to Medicines (TRAMS) Project, South-East Wales Hub. Lot 1: This is a Prior Information Notice (PIN) to inform potential suppliers that NHS Wales Shared Services Partnership (NWSSP) on behalf of Velindre University NHS Trust, are commencing a market engagement exercise in relation to the supply of various Pharmacy Isolators that will be required for the Transforming Access to Medicines (TRAMS) Project, South-East Wales Hub. The scope of the requirement will be for the design, fabrication, inspection, testing, supply, delivery, offloading, installation, and commissioning of various Pharmacy Isolators as detailed in the User Requirement Specification (URS) documents. To enable the TRAMS Project Team to develop the specification for the procurement of the above specialist equipment, any interested and qualified suppliers wishing to participate in the market engagement process should note their interest by responding to this Prior Information Notice (PIN) by emailing NWSSPProcurement.ProfessionalAdminServ@wales.nhs.uk NWSSP request the completion of the market engagement Questionnaire entitled “Request for Information Questionnaire 2024 - Pharmacy Isolators” which will be emailed through to interested suppliers along with an explanatory document and the User Requirement Specifications (URS). Submissions received in response to this exercise will not constitute any contractual agreement between the respondent and the Contracting Authority. All correspondence in relation to this market engagement exercise will be communicated via NWSSPProcurement.ProfessionalAdminServ@wales.nhs.uk All information provided in this exercise will be treated in confidence and will NOT be considered in any future tender evaluation exercise. Any information provided in response to this market engagement exercise marked as ‘commercially sensitive’ will be treated as such. Non-participation in this market engagement process does not preclude any suppliers from participating in any future procurement tendering process.
