Lurke Street Carpark: Palisade Fence & Gates: To supply and erect 75.0 Lin Meters of 2.4mtr high Triple Pointed Galvanised Steel Palisade Fencing (2.75 wide standard bays) 2.0mm W profile triple pointed top pales, 50 x 50 x 2750 palisade rails (2no per bay) 17no pales per bay, 102 x 44mm x 2.4mtr long base plated RSJ posts are to be secured onto the concrete base with resin fixed anchorage bolts. All steelworks are to be secured with anti – vandal fixings. Finished Steelwork: Galvanised Only Double Leaf Gates: To supply and erect 1no set of Manual Double Leaf Palisade Gates 2.4mtr high x 4.0mtr wide (2.0mtr Leafs) between posts c/w 200 x 200mm x 8mm x 2.4mtr SHS long base plated posts are to be secured onto the concrete base with resin fixed anchorage bolts, the gates are to have a slide bar for a padlock, adjustable hinges, and drop bolts. Finished Steelwork: Galvanised Only Gate Shrouds: 1no Gate Shroud is to be spot welded onto the front of double leaf gates to help prevent the cutting off the padlock. Finish Steelwork: Galvanised Painted Only Internal Single Gates: To supply and erect at the top of the 2no stairwells 2no Manual Single Leaf Palisade Gates c/w infill panels to either side off the gates, 1.2mtr wide x 2.0mtr / 2.4mtr high c/w 100 x 100mm x 2.0 / 2.4mtr long SHS base plated posts are to be secured onto the concrete base with resin fixed anchorage bolts, the gate framework is to be clad with Triple Pointed Pales to suit the above fence, the gate is to have a slide bar for a padlock, adjustable hinges. Finish Steelwork: Galvanised Only Materials on site: The Palisade and Gates for this project are to be transported from ground level onto the top level, due to the height of the car parking roofs we are unable to use our trucks so this material will have to be transported in a small van that is under 1800mm high, multiple trips will be required. Wall Chains: To supply and fix at 2no Locations 4no 150 x 150sq Galvanised Wall fixed brackets with demountable chains 5.040mtr lengths c/w No Entry signs attached, the chain is to have a bracket made that can take a padlock.
