Provision of a Sleep Apnoea Service

This is a Provider Selection Regime (PSR) notice that this provider selection process has been abandoned and a contract has not been awarded. This process has been abandoned under the Health Care Services (Provider Selection Regime) Regulations 2023. For the avoidance of doubt, the provisions of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 do not apply. Lot 1: The primary objective of this Procurement is to procure a sleep disorder service provision. This Procurement is in relation to the assessment service element of the sleep disorder service (Sleep Apnoea Service).<br/>The contract term is an initial period of 27 months with an option to extend for a further 12 months.
