This is a prior information notice for the following services - Security Services at LW main offices, EX5 2FZ, TR14 0HZ, BS24 7JP. Open up 6.45. access provided to colleagues from 7AM with reception cover for half an hour. Lock up service (Tolvaddon - TR14 0HZ and Weston - BS24 7JP only) Perimeter check once a day on weekends and bank holidays. Attend as a key holder if alarm is activated Timeline: We are aiming to publish this tender Mid January 2025, with a view of contract starting 1st May 2025 for the duration of a 2+1+1 contract term. We are estimating the contract value to be circa £45k per annum ( £180k if full contract term is realised).
