Moat are engaging with the market to help us shape our long-term plan for the supply of media and marketing services, which we use to assist in the marketing of affordable homes. We are initially issuing this questionnaire for suppliers to complete and return to Moat to help us shape our requirements. This PIN constitutes a market engagement opportunity. Not registering your interest will not preclude you from bidding for any opportunity following the publication of a Contract Notice. Lot 1: Moat Homes Ltd is a leading housing association based in the South East of England providing quality homes and services. Moat is seeking to establish a long term arrangement for the supply of media services to help us with the marketing of our new homes and resale properties. As part of this process, we are looking to engage with the supply market. It is anticipated that this will provide an opportunity for potential and existing suppliers to offer positive suggestions for the new contractual arrangements, whilst also enabling us to understand and promote interest in advance of the commencement of any procurement process. This PIN notice is for information gathering and market engagement only, this is not a call for competition. There is no guarantee that Moat will establish a framework or contractual arrangement following this engagement.
