Tender description

The purpose of this project is to complete the servicing and maintenance of the fire detection and alarm systems in accordance with BS: 5839:2017-1 and associated series of standards across campus. <br /><br />Including the following:<br />• Systems serviced once every six months so that 100% of devices are tested over a 12-month period.<br />• Annual Cause/Effect testing to confirm the fire system operates in accordance with the Fire Strategy for the building.<br />• Gas suppression/Integrity testing.<br />• Annual Disabled Refuge service. <br />• Annual replacement of Sim cards.<br />All works shall be undertaken by competent and suitably qualified staff, in a diligent time efficient manner.<br />
