Skills Bootcamps offer intensive and flexible training courses that are designed to quickly equip adults with the sought-after skills that are in high demand by employers. They are open to employed, unemployed, self-employed individuals, or those returning to work after a break, providing a pathway to retrain, update, or formalise their skills. KCC are looking to find training provider/s capable of delivering flexible and high-quality courses that are responsive to the needs of the local economy and workforce. The aim is for provider/s to deliver training that enables adults to acquire technical skills rapidly, aligning with the immediate needs of employers and the job market, meeting the local demand.
