The British Council in Tunisia are seeking to contract an individual or organization to :<br />Use the outcomes of the newly conducted British Council Gender Analysis to inform the design of the three toolkits planned to be developed during the lifetime of Skills for Success project: the ‘curriculum-linked multi-media English’ and ‘life skills resource toolkit’ and the ‘blended teacher training programme for inclusive classroom teaching’.<br />Tailor and conduct a gender training to be delivered to the teacher educators, to learn how to implement gender sensitive and inclusive pedagogy and gender sensitive approaches that challenge gender roles and expectations. The training also aims at raise teachers’ awareness of the key gender issues in Tunisia in general and more specifically in schools.<br />Revise a British Council’s opensource ‘’Gender Equality in Language Education’’ MOOC and amend it to the Tunisian context as needed. The MOOC is designed cover topics like gender representation in teaching materials, gender equality in teaching practices and gender equality in education.<br />Engage with policy makers and stakeholders on Gender Equality and Inclusion and lead on a roundtable discussion to support the progress of the MoE Inclusive Education Programme as well as the outcomes of the gender research. This roundtable is one of few roundtables that shall contribute to the development of a roadmap
