This is a contract award for a contract to support the existing & growing Community Leaders Network within Leicestershire and Rutland. Additional information: Jones Consulting Ltd has enjoys a high level of trust with existing community leaders in the network and has supported the development of effective working relationships between leaders and the OPCC and VRN. This is a critical element in the success of the Community Leaders Network. Therefore, Jones Consulting is in a unique position to be able to continue this work in a way which is most likely to maximise positive outcomes. This is a continuation of an existing agreement and there would be significant disruption in time and money for a new provider to build up the existing trust and knowledge of the community leaders in Leicestershire
