Tender description
IT & Digital are supporting departments with their digitisation and automation aspirations. As part of this work, we have delivered several proofs of concept for digital process automation as a precursor to a identifying a strategic automation platform. As a result, Adults and Communities now have four proof of concept automations in production and are seeing around 30 hours of manual efforts diverted to these automations. Keywords: Cloud
