Tender description
We seek a partner to supply network equipment and professional services that can: 1. Deliver a wide range of equipment, including enterprise-grade and carrier-class solutions, as well as ancillary goods such as software, transceivers, access points, and cabling. 2. Provide tailored professional services, including consultation, design, installation, integration, and ongoing support, to complement and strengthen our in-house capabilities. 3. Offer innovative and flexible solutions that align with our strategic objectives, supporting long-term scalability and adaptability in a rapidly changing technological landscape. Through this RFI, we aim to identify potential partners who share our vision and can demonstrate the capacity, expertise, and commitment to support our journey towards creating a best-in-class network infrastructure. Your responses will inform the development of our technical specifications, procurement strategies, and implementation roadmap. The University of Manchester no longer meets the criteria of a 'body governed by public law' and is therefore not considered a contracting authority for the purposes of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 and/or any replacement legislation. As a result, the University of Manchester will no longer be subject to the regime contained in The Public Contracts Regulations 2015 and/or any replacement legislation with effect from 1 August 2023.
