To provide a frenulotomy service to QEH patients <br/>To receive an average of 5-8 referrals per week for the diagnosis and treatment (if required) of tongue tie / Restrictive Lingual Frenulum (RLF) Lot 1: To provide a frenulotomy service to QEH patients <br/>To receive an average of 5-8 referrals per week for the diagnosis and treatment (if required) of tongue tie / Restrictive Lingual Frenulum (RLF)<br/><br/>The Trust and operational team have explored options available and intend to award a contract under the most suitable provider process.<br/><br/>The contract will run from 18/09/24 - to 31/03/25 - with the option to extend
