Manchester University NHS Foundation Trust is awarding a contract to Agena Bioscience GmbH for the provision of MFT's iPlex Pro, Polymerase Chain Reaction (PCR) reagents, SpectroCHIP Kits and MassARRAY Clean Resin. iPLEX Pro Reagent, SpectroCHIP Kit and MassARRAY Clean Resin are a Registered Trademark of Agena Bioscience only. The iPLEX Pro Reagent And SpectroCHIP Kit are compatible with Agena Bioscience Equipment previously procured. Therefore, a negotiated procedure without prior publication will be followed and is believed to be justified under section 32(2) (b) (ii) of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 - 'competition is absent for technical reasons'. Lot 1: Manchester University NHS Foundation Trust (MFT) has awarded a contract to Agena Bioscience GmbH for the provision of MFT's iPlex Pro, Polymerase Chain Reaction (PCR) reagents, SpectroCHIP Kits and MassARRAY Clean Resin. The estimated total value for this contract is 158,325 Euros, with a total maximum term of 24 months. This aligns to the requirement of the department.
