Tipperary and Part 8 Planning for Industrial Core building. Scope of Service Assemble and lead an integrated Design Team for the development of a Masterplan of a c.10-acre site at Lisheen, Co. Tipperary and Part 8 Planning for Industrial Core building. The commission is to conclude at A defined Masterplan for the 10 acre site A Part 8 planning application for a circa. 300m2 industrial core building Confirmation of Feasibility and Connection agreements, with Utility Providers to service the 10acre site and the ancillary building e.g. ESB, Uisce Eireann, Bord Gais, Broadband, etc. Detailed design of wastewater treatment system Stage 5 detailed design of a piece of site infrastructure works, subject to approval. Architect (if Civil Engineer Lead Applicant) Civil and Structural Engineer (if Architect Lead Applicant) Geotechnical/Geophysical Engineer Quantity Surveying Project Supervisor for the Design Process (PSDP) Planning and Environmental Services Ecology Services Business Analyst Landscape Architect Sustainability consultant It is the responsibility of the lead discipline to enter into specific contracts with each of the sub-consultants. This means the lead discipline will manage and coordinate all sub-consultant engagements, ensuring they meet the project requirements and standards. The Lead consultant will therefore manage invoicing to other specialists and disciplines.
