Supply of Hoarding and Graphics Services

Tender description

West Northamptonshire Council are seeking to appoint a contractor to meet its hoarding requirements through a unit price contract. The council has a need for hoarding supply, installation and maintenance, alongside graphics printing and installation to support its portfolio of vacant development sites. All works under this contract will fall within the West Northamptonshire Local Authority Area. The council is seeking to engage the sector. It is our intention to go out to tender in due course for these services. The tender will be split into two lots: • Lot 1 - Hoarding - Supply, Installation and Repairs • Lot 2 - Graphics Design and Support Services The contract is likely to be for 2 years plus the option to extend for a further 12 months. We are seeking the view of potential bidders. A questionnaire has been created to support this. The questionnaire covers the following topics: • Ability and interest in tendering • Contract duration • Insurance levels • Structure of pricing This market testing exercise is not an invitation to tender or a request for formal expressions of interest.
