Relandscaping Upper St Andrew’s Gardens

Tender description

Gravesham Borough Council is looking for an appropriately skilled contractor to undertake hard and soft landscaping works to improve an area of riverside public realm within Gravesend town centre. The scheme set out within these documents also reflects what the community have told us they want to see from open spaces, which includes improved, accessible, open spaces. This is the first of a potential series of improvements to this riverside area. The features within the design concepts aim to deliver against the feedback received from the community, the requirements to make the space more open, accessible and attractive; to reflect the area’s diversity and to link the space with our town twinning relationships through a varied planting mix of detail within the hard landscaping.
