Expressions of interest and feedback on market approach sought for a contract opportunity for the Purchase and Collection of Scrap Metal and Lead Acid Batteries from London Borough of Harrow, Civic Amenity Site located at Forward Drive, Harrow HA3. Lot 1: The Service Provider will be responsible for the collection of scrap metal and lead acid batteries from the nominated bulking facility, nominally the London Borough of Harrow, Civic Amenity Site, Forward Drive, Harrow HA3 8NT and the provision of recycling capacity to receive contract material and the marketing and transfer of recyclable materials. To assist us with developing the most advantageous tender and gain a better understanding of the market we would welcome your feedback on a delivery approach.
