Tender description

The Open University will soon be embarking on a competitive tender for its cleaning services, during the early part of 2025. The University has locations across the four nations including Belfast, Edinburgh, Cardiff, Manchester, Nottingham, Wellingborough (warehouse), and its head office Walton Hall which is in Milton Keynes. Cleaning service includes the provision of general cleaning across all locations, as well as internal and external window cleaning and signage. The contract shall commence on the 1st September 2025 This is a prior information notice to inform the market of the intention by The OU to procure Cleaning Services and commence early market engagement. The OU would like to hear from Cleaning Suppliers, willing to participate in an early market engagement exercise. The purpose of this notice is to: - understand industry developments - assist the OU in drafting requirements for the future procurement opportunity - gauge the level of interest in the project from the market. Suppliers are invited to complete and submit the Request for Information Questionnaire on In-Tend as provided in the contact details above. https://in-tendhost.co.uk/openuniversity/ Suppliers should complete and return the Request for Information Questionnaire by no later than 12 Noon on Monday 9th December 2024.
