Pre-market engagement for supply and delivery of waste collection sacks

This Prior Information Notice is to inform the marketplace of Belfast City Council's upcoming tender opportunity for the supply and delivery of waste collection sacks. To help shape and inform the development of the tender documents and procurement strategy a pre-market engagement 'PME' exercise is being conducted with a PME questionnaire available for completion. The supplies required include the following. • Cleansing Services - Blue plastic sacks as litter bin liners throughout the city and green plastic sacks for commercial waste. • Grounds Maintenance - Black plastic sacks for leaf clearing and general cleaning and for litter picking sweeps within the Council’s parks and open spaces. • Facilities Management - Black plastic sacks for litter bin liners in offices. • Plastic Sacks for general cleaning. • Paper sacks for general cleaning and park areas If you are interested in receiving and completing a PME questionnaire, please email cps@belfastcity.gov.uk. Please provide your company's name and an email address. Interested Contractors will then receive a PME questionnaire with a return date no later than 12 noon on 18th December 2024. Lot 1: As above. The Council will send a pre-market engagement (PME) questionnaire to Contractors who register their interest.
