Pre Market Consultation for Procurement Consultancy Services

The OGP expects publically to advertise a competitive procurement process for the establishment of a solution for the Provision of Procurement Consultancy Services to the Public Sector in March/April 2025. As part of the renewal process, the OGP now wishes to take soundings from the market as to its capacity to provide Procurement Consultancy Services to the Irish Public Sector, and invites responses from economic operators via this Pre-Market Consultation (PMC). This is a market sounding exercise, not a call for competition. The intention of this PMC is to: a. Gain a better understanding of current capacity and any changes in the supply market for procurement consultancy services since the last national tender process by way of a Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS) that was advertised in 2022. b. Gather specific market place information to supplement and build upon the success of the current DPS, and to identify any necessary amendments to the scope and specifications.
