Project Description The extent of services required within this tender include refurbishment to large section of the current building, alongside constructing new link buildings and providing new M&E services and strategies in line with the trust Green plan and sustainability targets. To include substructure and superstructure construction to the drawing specifications, installation of mechanical and electrical requirements to the M&E specification provided. Drainage installations to meet the specifications. Full internal finishes in line with the design information.
