This exercise is a soft market test that will inform potential procuring arrangements and procurement of a contract hire/lease and maintenance contract for the authority’s fleet of vehicles. Your responses will be considered in the redesign of the service and the refinement of the service specification, as well as the terms and conditions of the contract.We are seeking written responses to the questions set out in the market engagement documents which can be requested from Nicola Davies - nicola.davies@dudley.gov.uk Whilst there is no obligation to answer all questions, and all answers are for information purposes only, we would encourage your cooperation to respond to as many of the questions as possible.The deadline for the submission of your completed questionnaire is 12 noon Thursday 12th December 2024. Following the receipt of completed questionnaires to Nicola Davies, Dudley MBC may also seek to follow up and to invite you to participate in an optional virtual discussion.
