Tender description
The Council has a requirement for the Supply and delivery of rock salt over the winter months between October and April each year. In order to achieve the best economies of scale the Council joins with other local authorities in the North East to obtain the best value for money. The Council has been using the NEPO contract for a number of years as this is felt to bring regional benefits.
