Roof Replacement - Hermitage Lane Depot - MDC

Tender description

Removal and replacement of the roof at Hermitage Lane depot. This procurement is being conducted by Nottinghamshire County Council on behalf of Mansfield District Council. The works consist of the removal of the ACM and non ACM roof coverings to the existing warehouse based at the hermitage lane depot for Mansfield district council with new roof coverings installed. The existing building consist of a steel frame structure to which strengthening works are to be carried out to accommodate solar panels (solar panels by others) the warehouse is approx. 107m x 35m and 6m high. Ancillary works consist of all design, modification to M&E systems to suit, all access arrangements. Works over the workshop area is to be phased and water tightness is to maintained at all times to allow continued operations below. Date of Possession is anticipated Spring 2025 Completion Date : 24 weeks from commencement
