Provision and Delivery of Washroom Solutions and Sanitary Products

Tender description

The Council have a continued requirement for provision and delivery of Washroom Solutions and delivery of Sanitary Products for all Council Resources. The provision of Washroom Solutions involves waste disposal and provision of sanitisers and air fresheners. The Council also require to provide access to free Sanitary Products as part of the Scottish Government Period Products (Free Provision) (Scotland) Act 2021. This requirement is primarily for Schools, Council Buildings and Social Work establishments. Lot 1: Washroom Solutions The Council's Procurement Service has identified the following suitable and accessible SXL Framework as follows:- Framework - Scotland Excel Washroom Solutions and Sanitary Products Framework 01-22 - Lot 1, Washroom Solutions Period - 1 October 2022 until 30 September 2026 As part of the tender process the SXL Framework permits Council's to directly select a supplier(s) from the Framework by either direct award or mini competition. A contract is awarded via Direct Award based on the most economically advantageous Framework provider able to meet the Councils specific requirements.
