Salisbury NHS Foundation Trust is looking to engage with a supplier for the provision of post deal management of the exclusive licence agreement between the Trust and a 3rd party provider. Lot 1: Salisbury NHS Foundation Trust is looking to engage with a supplier for the provision of post deal management of the exclusive licence agreement between the Trust and a 3rd party provider. <br/><br/><br/>Estimated activities to include (but not limited to): <br/>1. Support the limited rights licence agreement for the use of PC-PCR (Reverse complement polymerase chain reaction) technologies.<br/>2. Review the licence agreement and define all quarterly and annual licencor and licensee obligations, with timelines associated, to ensure obligation compliance is visible.<br/>3. Review the 3rd party providers quarterly and annual development, commercialisation programme and financial submissions. <br/>4. Complete online data research to access on the Trusts 3rd party providers products and services and back correlate to financial reporting ensuring no under-reporting. <br/>5. Identify and support the exploitation of new markets for the Trusts 3rd party provider products.<br/>6. Agree with the Trust financial reporting templates and quarterly preparation thereof for reporting into the Trust’s management chains. <br/>7. Liaison with third party legal advisers as required.
