Fareham Borough Council (the Council) requires a contractor to provide security and cleaning services in respect of Fareham Shopping Centre and the adjoining multi-storey car park. Fareham Shopping Centre complex opened in 1976 and is Fareham’s largest covered shopping centre. It occupies an area of approximately 475,000 sq.ft. of retail floor. It encompasses a fully covered shopping centre all on one level and a multi-story car park with associated service areas, roads, and landscaped areas. Fareham Shopping Centre occupies an area on the ground level of the main trading area with a communal seating area, the cleaning and maintenance of which is the responsibility of the Client.
