DRAMA BUILDING AND BUSINESS SCHOOL UPGRADES

Rhodes University, Facilities Services Division invites all suitably qualified service providers to respond to the invitation for the tender below: <br /><br />PROPOSED ALTERATION WORKS TO DRAMA AND BUSINESS SCHOOL<br />The works comprise alteration work undertaken within an existing building, including:<br /><br /> i) Upgrading the Business School by means of altering office spaces, creating new seminar space,<br />ii) Replacing certain ceilings in the Business School,<br />iii) Relocation of the wardrobe room and associated wet works, waterproofing, <br />iv) Relocation of the Movement room and associated wet works, and new specialised dance floor,<br />v) Replacement of the Main Stage floor by specialised Sub-contractor,<br />vi) Upgrading of the toilets throughout the building.<br /><br />PLEASE NOTE: Compulsory project briefing and site inspection will be conducted with tenderers on 28 November 2024 @ 11h00 at the Drama Building, off Prince Alfred Road, Rhodes University, Makhanda.
