Tender description
Refurbishment of existing 6-storey office accommodation. Scope of works include, BMS installation, replacement of low voltage final circuit distribution boards, general and fixed power systems, electrical wiring to mechanical services, structured ICT and voice systems, emergency lighting installation, fire detection and alarm installation, lightning protection system, smoke vent replacement, intumescent strip replacements, and external roof replacements.
