Tender description
Partial reconstruction and remodelling of existing retained entrance block. The proposed entrance block construction works includes but not limited to upgrading of the existing roof and fascia, and new external glazed walling system. Construction of a new entrance lobby including sliding doors. Complete internal refurbishment of all elements including floors, walls, ceilings doors and fittings.
