The Service Provider shall provide the Authority with additional services for a Core+ CCIS Data Migration from Cognisoft. These shall be delivered by the Service Provider’s Data Services, Technical Services & Project Management teams. Delivery Programme ? Core+ CCIS Data Migration from Cognisoft ? 3 x UAT’s ? 1 x Go Live Consultancy Days ? 25 x Data Services Consultancy Days ? 5 x Technical Services Consultancy Days ? 5 x Project Management Days Assumptions, Dependencies and Exclusions ? Authority to provide data sources of all the scoped data to be migrated. Any further data sources will need to be reviewed, costed and charged outside of this CCN. ? Authority is responsible for testing within the timeframes to meet the Delivery Programme specified above. Delays to testing may result in additional charges. ? Authority will provide project management and will coordinate Authority activities and allocation of appropriate staff ? The consultancy days are valid until Friday 11th April 2025 ?
