Tender description

A cloud based solution for the provision of a digital mapping system for the creation and management of Traffic Regulation Orders on the highway in Hampshire. The solution enables Hampshire County Council to map legal traffic orders (e.g. for parking controls, speed limits, hight and width restrictions), manage proposals, amendment orders, consolidation of existing measures, temporary suspensions, revocations, and experimental orders, design driven order processes, productivity tools speed the drawing, editing and labelling of lines and carriageway areas, security features ensure the integrity and consistency of maps and legal records, generates text-based order schedules and map-based order schedules. This contract is awarded on a 1+1 basis.
