SPS-10981 Replacement Astroturf at HMP Castle Huntly

Tender description

The SPS are looking to replace the outdoor astroturf pitch which is used for exercise. The current pitch is currently 20 years old and no longer serviceable. The current subbase requires replacing, a shock pad needs to be installed followed by a 3g pitch laid on top lined for 5/7 a-side football. The Contractor shall undertake the full design, supply and installation, preparation works and all builders work required, providing a warranty of 10 years for materials and 5 years for workmanship. The works should be completed by 31st March 2025 Lot 1: The SPS has commenced this procurement process in good faith and with the intention of awarding a contract. Following publication of the Contract Notice, an Invitation to Tender (ITT) including the Single Procurement Document (SPD) will be published by SPS and will be made available to bidders. Tender responses will then be evaluated by the SPS in accordance with the ITT.
