Prior Information Notice - Extra Care Housing Contracts in South Gloucestershire

This is a Prior Information Notice to inform the market of opportunities for Care and Support to be delivered within 5 of our Extra Care Housing Schemes (ECH). In order to qualify for these opportunities Providers will need to apply for, or had previously been successful on our Care and Support in you Home Pseudo Dynamic Purchasing System(DPS) on both Home and Community Lots. Providers are able to apply for the Pseudo DPS via Supplying the South West e-tendering portal under reference number DN744342. The deadline for submissions for the Pseudo DPS Round 2 will be 10am on Tuesday 3rd December. This will overlap with the tendering stage for the ECH Schemes as it is anticipated these opportunities will be live to the market from 25th November 2024. Please note that in order for Providers to be awarded a contract for an ECH Scheme they MUST have been successful on both the Home and Community Lots of the Care and Support in your home Pseudo DPS.
