Fusion21 Building Safety & Compliance Framework

Tender description

Fusion21 is developing a Framework for the provision of Building Safety & Compliance work/services for Public Bodies to use. This procurement exercise is inviting Bidders from all interested companies who meet the criteria set out in the tender documentation for the Lots they wish to bid for. This procurement is the subject of a Contract Notice published via the Find a Tender Service. The deadline for submission of tenders is 12:00 GMT 17 January 2025 and the anticipated date for the Notification for the Intention to Award is week commencing 7 April 2025. A full schedule of key dates is set out in this document. The Framework Agreement will be in place for a period of four years and is scheduled to commence 28 April 2025. Whilst the Framework Agreement is in place for 4 years, it should be noted that Fusion21 Members can enter into a call-off contract with successful Bidders which exceed this four-year period.
