Tender description
Highlands and Islands Enterprise (HIE) has awarded a contract to a single supplier to provide cleaning services to HIE Lochgilphead office. The initial 2 year contract has a start date of 09/12/2024 and end date of 08/12/2026. HIE has the option to extend it by two one-year extension (2+1+1) Lot 1: The value used in II.1.7 and V.2.4 is the estimated total value over the maximum contract duration of 4 years.. Economic operators may be excluded from this competition if they are in any of the situations referred to in Regulations 8, 9 and 10 of The Procurement (Scotland) Regulations 2016.
