Tender description

The system being sought would permit simultaneous TIRF imaging of multiple fluorophores with an ultra-high speed camera, as well as ultra-rapid epi-fluorescence switching between colours analysed (e.g. ms time scale). This would be used for single particle tracking, ratiometric Ca2+ or pH imaging, as well as imaging vesicle trafficking, cell signalling and cell adhesion.
