Tender description

The scope of works includes for the removal of, and the replacement and upgrade of the existing BEMS System installed throughout Sydenham Court Apartment Development, Sydenham Park, Belfast for Clanmil Housing Association all as detailed on the accompanying drawings, Equipment Schedules, in this specification and in accordance with the PM Contract Data – CDI. Works also include the replacement of the existing underfloor heating manifolds with all associated pumps and mixing and telehead valves at all the landlord and apartment locations throughout the building as described later in this specification including the full testing and re-commissioning of each of the underfloor heating manifold locations including all necessary heating pipework alteration works. There are also further general works required as listed below including gas safety works and all necessary electrical and general builders works for a full and complete installation. The Contractor shall be responsible for the appointment of BEMS and Underfloor Heating Specialists to complete the works as described below to ensure a co-ordinated solution for the new installation. ‘Appendix C - Project Specification’ provides the full requirement, bidders must ensure they read this before tender submission.
