Tender description

This Contract is for the Provision of a Removal and Storage Service for Housing Solutions. Housing Solutions Service ("Service") is looking to appoint a single Provider who will be required to carry out all of the Services Removal and Storage requirements over the entire duration of the Contract. This procurement is issued under an Open Tender (FTS Threshld). The expected start date for the proposed contract is 1st February 2025. The expected end date for the proposed contract is 31st January 2026. The proposed contract is to be let with three further options to extend for a period of 12-months from the actual end date. Proposed Extension Period 1: 1st February 2026 - 31st January 2027 Proposed Extension Period 2: 1st February 2027 - 31st January 2028 Proposed Extension Period 3: 1st February 2028 - 31st January 2029
