Tender description

Queen’s University of Belfast wishes to procure a Swept-source Anterior Segment OCT with integrated ocular biometry for use in clinical and epidemiological studies in the Northern Ireland Clinical Research Facility. Initially it’s primary use will be in the Northern Ireland Longitudinal Study of Aging (NICOLA) to evaluate subtle aging changes in the anterior segment overtime therefore resolution it critical and also the ability to track the same point in the anatomy overtime. This necessitates an instrument that incorporates reflective eye tracking, ensuring 1-micron repeatability evaluating change at follow-up visits.
