North Northamptonshire Council - Call Off from The Provision of Nicotine Replacement Therapy (NRT) Products and E-Cigarettes Framework

North Northamptonshire Council needs to commission a framework of providers to supply Nicotine Replacement Therapy (NRT) products and e-Cigarettes (plus associated parts/consumables) for use alongside the Stop Smoking Service by participants in the programme. The framework will be structured with two lots.<br />North Northamptonshire Council has recently received significant government investment in the local stop smoking offer (Smoke Free Generation Funding), which will see service capacity (in terms of team members) significantly increased, and the availability of the aforementioned products needs to increase respectively with the overall aim of increasing the amount of successful quits in North Northamptonshire. As a result, the current contracts for provision of NRT products and the provision of e-cigarettes are insufficient in scale and need to be recommissioned at a higher contract value.<br />A framework will need to be commissioned with four lots for a period of 4 years. Call-offs will be made from the framework accordingly.<br />• Lot 1: Nicotine Replacement Therapy Products (Bulk Buy)<br />• Lot 2: E-Cigarettes (Bulk Buy)<br />• Lot 3: Nicotine Replacement Therapy Products (Direct to Client)<br />• Lot 4: E-Cigarettes (Direct to Client)<br />The above will commence on 1st January 2025. This will align with the end of the existing e-cigarette contract and the full contract term including extensions is aligned with the availability of the Smoke Free Generation Funding. <br /><br />
